How does pricing work?
Every facility is different, so we walk through the space, talk about your cadence and priorities, and send a flat monthly quote. No per-hour billing, no surprise charges. Most recurring contracts are month-to-month — if we're not earning the work, you can stop.
Do you clean evenings and weekends?
Almost always. Most of our work happens after your business closes — evenings, overnight, or weekends — so your team never sees us. We'll match your schedule, including holidays if needed.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and our staff is bonded. We can provide certificates directly to your office manager or property management company on request.
What products do you use?
